Qualification : Incumbent should have Full time Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent degree from Business Schools / University approved by AICTE with 60% or above score. An engineering or law degree shall have an added advantage.
Age : The maximum age limit is 55 years as on 23rd Oct 2019.
Post Qualification Work experience :Minimum 25 years of post-qualification work experience as on 23rd Oct, 2019 in large organisations i.e 1000 crore and above preferably in Hydrocarbon sector/ Energy sector etc.
Experience :The incumbent should possess hands on experience on conceptualisation, formulation, implementation, review of HR Policies, processes and systems, strong in people management, Learning and Development, Performance Evaluation & Reward system, Career Progression, Performance based Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employees Engagement, Succession Planning etc in SAP environment. He / She should have experience in HR services /administration and compliance at Corporate Level.
Incumbent should be strategic planner, proactive, innovative, motivator, merit oriented and committed to the success of the organisation through its people & team. Experience of partnering with top Management/Board at Corporate office in highly dynamic business environment.
Incumbent applying for the said position should not be lower than 2 level below the Board at his/her current/latest organization.
CTC :Compensation would be in line with candidate’s background, capability and commensurate with industry norms.
