Educational Qualification and Experience For Direct Recruitment: Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) in relevant discipline with 20 years' experience OR

Postgraduate in Engineering (M.E./M.Tech.) in relevant discipline with 15 years' experience OR

Ph.D in relevant discipline with 10 years' relevant experience Relevant Disciplines are Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics/Communications/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Instrumentation or allied disciplines.

For transfer (absorption)/deputation In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/ State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:Holding analogous post on regular basis

OR having 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level-13A of the Pay Matrix AND Possessing the qualification prescribed for direct recruitment as mentioned above.

Post and location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Trivandrum

No. of positions: 3 posts (S&T Group-A, Regular)

Pay Level in the Pay Matrix(7th CPC): Level-14 (Rs.144200-218200) (Pre-Revised Pay Scale-15600-39100. G.P.10000/- CTC: 32 Lakh p.a.(Approx.)

Mode of Recruitment : Direct Recruitment/Transfer (absorption) failing which by deputation.

Period of Probation: One year, in case of Direct Recruitment.

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 50 years for Direct Recruitment (Relaxation as per Government of India instructions). In case of deputation, not exceeding 58 years on the closing date of application.

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R&D organization of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY),Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. Different areas of C-DAC, had originated at different times, many of which came out as a result of identification of opportunities.
