Qualifications  :   (i) Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the Parent cadre/Department or (ii) with 5 years’ regular service in the post in the Pay Scale of Rs. 12,000- 375- 16,500 (pre revised) - present Pay Band is PB-3: Rs. 15,600- 39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- or (iii) with ten years regular service in the post in the Pay Scale of Rs. 10,000- 325-15,200 (pre revised) – revised Pay Band is PB-3: Rs. 15,600- 39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/-. or equivalent in the Parent cadre/ Department and Possessing a Master’s Degree in Fisheries Science / Aquaculture / Zoology with specialization in Fisheries / Marine Biology / Industrial Fisheries / Aquaculture Engineering / Civil Engineering / Economics

Pay Scale :  Present Pay Band is PB-4: Rs. 37,400 - 67,000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8700/- (Corresponding pay in 7th CPC is Level 13)

Senior Executive (Technical)

(i) Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the Parent cadre/Department or (ii) with 5 years’ regular service in the post in the Pay Scale of Rs. 8,000-275-13,500 (pre-revised) – present Pay Band of PB- 3: Rs.15,600- 39.100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- or (iii) with 8 years’ regular service in the post in the Pay Scale of Rs. 6,500- 200 – 10,500 (pre- revised) – Present Pay Band is PB-2: Rs. 9,300 – 34,800 +Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/-. or equivalent in the Parent cadre / Department and Possessing the Master’s Degree in Aquaculture / Zoology / Fisheries / Marine Biology / Industrial Fisheries / Aquaculture Engineering / Civil Engineering / Economics.

Present Pay Band is PB-3: Rs.15,600 – 39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- (Corresponding pay in 7th CPC is Level 11)
