Qualification: Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings: -

A (I) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(II) with five years' regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400, (7 CPC - Level 10, Rs. 56100-177500) or equivalent; or

(III) with seven years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts Pay Band -2 Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4600, (7 CPC - Level 7, Rs-44900-142400) or equivalent; and

B(I) Possessing B.E or B. Tech- in civil engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. and

(II) Five years experience in planning, construction and execution of civil engineering pro-

Qualification: Officers under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Research Institutions

(A) (I) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(II) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Pay Band-3 (Rs- 15600-39,100) Grade Pay of Rs5,400/-, (Level 10, Rs. 56100-177500) or equivalent; or

(III) with seven years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9,300-34,800) Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/-, (Level 7, Rs. 44900-142400) or equivalent and

(B) Possessing BE. or B.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (ISTC) shall be not exceeding 56 years, as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
