Executive –Health Claims

Purpose of Role: Inbound Call Handling for Centralized Health Process. Maintaining MIS/Reports pertaining to Customer Service Team.

Education: Minimum Graduate

Work Experience: 0 to 3 years in Customer Service

Primary Responsibilities:
  • To receive calls on the toll free number and assist customers with their queries.
  • To follow up with internal / external customers for information and ensure resolution of queries in minimum possible time.
  • To assign and follow up on any complaints from customers.
  • To reply & resolve to customer's queries received by emails.
  • To ensure that customer feedback on resolution is taken and recorded.
  • To escalate any pending grievances for timely resolution.
  • Provide regular inputs to enhance service quality.
