Job Description-
· Should be well versed
with labour laws and statutory compliance
· Assist HR Manager in recruitment process by coordinating
with consultants
· Provide
support to employees in various HR- related topics such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
· Assist in
development and implementation of human resource policies
· Maintain
employee files and records in electronic and paper form
· Processing timely and accurate payroll
· Maintaining employee
database and other important excel reports
Required qualification – 2 yrs full time programme in PG Diploma / PG Degree / MBA with specialization in HR
