Job Description: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Responsibilities:
Maintaining physical & digital personnel records.
Recruitment and personnel management.
Manage daily HR services included training & development, strategic planning, talent acquisition & retention.
Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/ issues
Work for employee benefits, wages, and payroll administration.
Maintain Leave and Attendance Record.
Monitor Field Force and Retail Sales Department.
Prepare HR relevant Reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Ensure the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
To maintain all data records papers about Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT, and allowances.
Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Employee Certificate, etc.
Maintain Official internal permanent assets.
Daily cash expenses and Petty cash maintenance.
Provide logistic support for event management (workshops/seminars/training etc.
Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
