Executive – HR & Admin:- 1 Post

Location : Chennai

Qualification : MBA in HR / MSW or equivalent degree required  

Experience: 3 – 5 years (Preferably Construction industry)

Job Scope:
  • Facilitate Induction & Orientation for new employee
  • Identify the manpower requirements and maintain a healthy database, pipeline of potential hires and plan back to back hiring.
  • Adhere to company’s HR policies & process.
  • Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees and Monthly / Weekly MIS to be sent to Head office
  • Preparing the Performance Evaluation Report Analysis
  • Should be able to handle Exit Formalities
  • Should have hands on experience in maintaining statutory & labour compliance at site
  • Admin support to Regional Office & Site Office including Company vehicle maintenance, travel, company guest house etc
