We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure smooth employee relations, and support organizational growth by implementing best HR practices.
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Handle employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture.
Maintain and implement HR policies, compliance, and procedures.
Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Oversee performance management and appraisals.
Coordinate training & development programs for employees.
Address employee queries and act as a point of contact between staff and management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
[X–Y years] of experience in HR operations (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, etc.).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
