About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure smooth employee relations, and support organizational growth by implementing best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

• Handle employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture.

• Maintain and implement HR policies, compliance, and procedures.

• Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

• Oversee performance management and appraisals.

• Coordinate training & development programs for employees.

• Address employee queries and act as a point of contact between staff and management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• [X–Y years] of experience in HR operations (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
