Role & Responsibilities
§ Handling end to end Recruitment process.
§ Completing entire pre-joining and on-boarding process of joinees.
§ Preparing payroll inputs, consolidating attendance of all employees.
§ Handling PF compliance, co-ordinating with vendor in case of queries.
§ Handling HR operations like preparing letters such as offer letter, appointment letters, etc.
§ Handling employee queries, MIS, monthly reports, data management, etc.
Skills:
§ Should have good work experience in MS WORD, MS EXCEL, etc.
§ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight guidelines.
§ Strong Interpersonal skills and communication skills.
