Executive - Human Resources
Job Purpose
Manage company’s recruiting and employee performance programs.
Key Job Responsibilities
· Candidate from F&B, Restaurant or hotel and Retail industry experience candidates only
· Talent management and Acquisition as per the SLA defined for various roles.
· Managing complete on-boarding cycle of all the new joiners.
· Identify and analyse various sourcing strategies as per the business and market requirements.
· Manage HRMS and Maintain Data integrity.
· Own Employee relation, recognition and engagement initiatives.
· Coaching and counselling front end managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
· Provides performance management guidance to line management. Initiate interventions to improve productivity.
· Custodian in executing HR polices and processes.
· Ensure business practices are aligned, consistent and meet company strategy
· Design and execute strategies to increase organization, team and individual performance to improve the business’s capabilities to deliver against its goals.
· Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
· Keep a pulse on the organization; identify and inform HR leadership of trends.
· Demonstrates strong business acumen.
· Maintain basic HR analytics and ensure the accuracy of employee and company data in HR systems.
· Crafting of workforce strategies based market trends and consumer expectations
· Exit management and proper documentation.
· Manage exit interviews and support the business in analysing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates

Recruitment
· Hiring for the assigned designations- field hiring & poaching experience is mandatory
· Job Description
· Interview the candidate
· Coordinate the interview with the respective department and If selected, complete the documentation
· Manpower Planning, Forecasting
· To ensure and adhere to the budgeted cost.
· To follow recruitment TAT.
· Background verification for the position that requires
· On - Boarding of new joiners with all the applicable formalities
Training
· To ensure the training is done to new staffs and escalate to L&D if not completed
Operations
· Store/warehouse visits
· Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
· Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer
· Employee Retention
· Handling all employee grievances if any
· Performance management system - getting employees ability skills with high performer and lower performers
Reports
· Interview tracker maintenance (Includes no of open positions with department, budget, selected, hold, shorlisted, position closed)
· Attrition tracker maintenance
· Issue tracker maintenance
Others
· ESIC awareness and issuing IP sheets
· PF transfers
· Monthly employee engagement
· Maintaining Employee personal files
Qualification
· Minimum of a Bachelor degree
· Good communication skills
Experience
· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an HR department
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
· Honest, ethical, and dependable
· Positive, go-getter attitude
