We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Executive to support daily business operations and coordinate administrative activities at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will assist senior executives, manage documentation, handle coordination tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Provide administrative and operational support to senior executives and management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
Assist in vendor coordination and follow-up activities.
Handle internal and external communication professionally.
Support cross-functional teams with data entry, MIS reporting, and process tracking.
Monitor task deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in executive support or administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in corporate office environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting or MIS reporting.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (if applicable).
