The responsibilities of the role are per the below:
• Enabling Students: once leads are provided, an inside sales executive is responsible for educating customers on our courses, membership structure & fees thereby converting lead into admissions.
• Systems: Inside sales executives are responsible for updating internal systems to ensure data transparency & sanctity.
• Feedback: Provide customer feedback to sales managers. The role is based in Bangalore, India.
The role will be required to work primarily in the field. Office is in Indiranagar. Will move in the future to HSR, Koramangala & Domlur.
Experience, Qualifications & Person
The ideal candidate is someone who –
• Has 1+ years of experience in a sales role.
• Has excellent communication & influencing skills
• Disciplined & follows processes
• Is customer oriented and never over-promises
• Is a team player, works well in groups & optimizes for the team

Work Days & Timings We have a 6-day working week. Independence is offered to choose work timings & days (e.g. working day on Sunday will be compensated with another day off) to ensure interaction with maximum customers.

Founding Team
The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Among his roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazons first joint venture in India and a Board Member of Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team are experienced senior leaders from Shiamak Davar’s & Byju’s.
