• Counselling the students for building their engineering careers.
• Identify the opportunities and convert the prospects into customers
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Cold call the leads assigned
• Update the database on a timely basis for the contacted prospects
• Timely follow-up with the prospects
• Maintain a detailed database with all the information about the prospects.
• Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
• Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
