Urgent Opening/Bulk Hiring for Fresher’s – Process Associates & Sr. Process Associates
(Outbound Domestic Stock Market Process)

Responsibilities:

The candidate is required to make the calls to customer and provide them the required information.
The candidate should be able to understand the clients queries, have convincing skills with good communication skills.
Ability to convert leads for closures.
Candidate will be responsible for generating leads for opening Trading Account via Outbound Calls.
Responsible for achieving business goals as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Conduct lead generation activities with CRM.
To do cross selling for other financial product like - Mutual Fund, PMS, IPO’s.
To achieve sales & customer acquisition target on MOM Basis.
Planning and execution of sales pitch.
Providing Advisory services to the new and existing clients & to maintain strong relationship.
Level 1 candidates has to report to their sub ordinates Level 2.
Note : Required Fresher’s with Qualification - 12th /Graduates only.
Upto 6 Months Experienced can also Apply.
Candidates having certification – NISM Can Also Apply.
No Field Sales, Only Inside Sales
Salary: Rs. 9,000– 13,000 Per Month + Incentives Upto 3-Times(3x) of Salary Based on Performance.
