Position Summary
As a crucial member of the APAC sales team the Inside Sales Account Manager will support the sales team to manage and develop client relationships through the selling of our online market research solutions
Responsibilities
Manage the day to day relationships and engagement with a number of important ANZ based clients Develop knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes Liaise closely with the Operations department to assist with the effective delivery of projects Undertake administrative tasks including invoicing, and onboarding of new clients Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date Investigating the feasibility and viability of projects through our internal systems Database management via the CRM system Provide additional assistance to inter-regional sales teams on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong numeric ability and organisation Strong organisations skills with the ability to manage your time effectively
Attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders An understanding of market research communications or experience working within market research preferred but not essential Flexibility in work hours to fit in client requirements
