Designation – IT Operations Executive

Location - Bangalore

Role: We are looking for a skilled IT coordinator who will maintain our information technology systems and networks. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems. An IT coordinator must be knowledgeable in software, hardware, and networks. They must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in • Solving password problems
Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
Responding to breakdowns
Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults • Repairing equipment and replacing parts
Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures, or fittings
Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
Maintaining records of software licenses
Visit stores across Bangalore as and when required to support.
Managing stocks of equipment, consumables, and other supplies

Requirements:

Good Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Server 2003, Server 2008, My Sql and data base administration.
Good Knowledge of Computer Hardware
Basic Knowledge of Linux, DHCP, DNS, FTP
Basic Knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting
Basic Knowledge of configuring L2 Switch, Router
In-Depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Outlook
In general must have good troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Any Graduate
Must have a two-wheeler
