Job Description

Executive
1 - 3 years-chennai

Job Responsibilities :

1)Network Alarm monitoring, timely notification and raising Trouble Ticket
2)Resolving TTs as per timelines.
3)Timely notification, impact list preparation.
4)Provisioning of the circuits as per the Work Orders in stipulated time
5)Preventive checks / routine maintenance of the EIG Network
6)Effective co-ordination with Suppliers for resolution of issues.
7)Effective co-ordination with Cable landing and Terminal Stations
8)Escalations as per processes.
9)Ensure 100% process compliance to agreed SLA’s for Srvice Assurance and Service delivery.
10)Good Communication Skills

Educational Level 
Must have:
Bachelor Degree of Engineering

Working Experience
Must have:  
  • At least 1 or 2 years of work experience in Submarine Cable Landing Station/Submarine cable NOC. Must have good communication skills in English.
