Job Description

Handle Inbound & outbound calls
Handling emails & Respond to customers handling RTs
Processing Pos
Sharing Invoice/Debit notes
Chasing collection from schools and internal employees
Generation of agreements
Plan, and coordinate operational activities for their organization or company and are generally responsible for creating the policies and strategies that meet company goals.
Responsible for budgets and financial activities and are involved in approving or negotiating contracts and agreements and hire other managers or department heads.
Implementing strategic planning for improving productivity
Liaising with other executives.

Job-Related Knowledge and Skills:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi)
Customer Service, Problem-Solving, Logical Reasoning, Good Analytical Skills, Documentation Skills, and Typing skills.
