Job Title: Executive
Job Responsibility:
· End to end coordination with clients and artists. (Co-ordinating over a call/email)
· Understanding client requirements and conveying the same to the artist.
· Allocating the right artist and co-ordinating with them for availability, pricing, and invoicing
· Engaging and maintaining relationship with artists and clients
· Delivering the experience to the client and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Collecting feedback & testimonies
· Sourcing of new artists for Songstruck
· Maintaining data of the number of events executed and data entries for the same on CRM
· Maintaining reports and presenting the same to the Senior Management as and when required
· Coordinating with the Accounts team for artist payments
Experience: 1 - 2 years in a customer service role. (Freshers welcomed)
