Job description

Responsible for developing complex Campaigns, Programs, web pages(LP) and emails which supports in all platforms that give users a rich Internet experience.
Experienced on development with different languages other than EN like Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese.
Preparing technical specification document, Solution Guide, Post release check list for Eloqua on any enhancements or fixes made in all Eloqua release.
Prepared the Process Guidance Document by working with the client.
Develop the test and manage test cases for Internal & external testing process like Email Acid Testing & Autocurl.
Managed team as lead in Verint project
Experienced with Client communication on the campaigns.
