Job Description:Executive - Operations

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Support in the purchase, store management, and dispatch activities
·       Place orders as per requirements.
·       Ensure that the material is received on time.
·       Ensure vendor payments are done on time.
·       Plan the re-order quantity in co-ordination with Reporting Manager.
·       Arrange the warehouse
·       Maintain an MIS for outward and inward of the materials used
·       Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
·       Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

Qualification: Minimum HSC

Skills: Communication Skills, Computer Skills & readiness to work hands-on in the warehouse
