Job Summary:                                                                                                                                                     

  • We are looking for a resourceful, flexible and enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, passionate, hardworking, talented, driven, and experienced Executive Personal Assistant, for our Founder/CEO.
  •  This is a high-impact and high-responsibility role.
  •  Responsibilities include coordinating across many areas of the business, assisting with high-focus projects, and facilitating important external and internal relationships. As the business grows, the challenges and impact of this role will grow.
  • Organization and communication are key to this role. 
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills, and experience working and managing communications with many different groups. 
  • Candidates must also be exceptionally organized, with extensive experience identifying, recording, prioritizing, and accomplishing a wide variety of tasks. 
  • Great candidates will have experience automating processes, measuring performance, and making systems more efficient over time.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Research on specified topics related to human psychology, leadership and management and preparation of summary reports
  • Work on content development of selected topics, from above, for social media postings, training material preparation and speaker scripts [including presentations with significant graphics/visuals]
  • Work on the assistance for social media management and blog posting and telephonic follow-up on business leads
  • Work on secretarial support for documentation, reports preparations, follow-ups, and calendar management. Take notes during meetings and follow up with actionable lists for review. Take dictations, transcribe and convert to graphical (or audio/video) representations, as needed
  • Help with various personal and professional admin tasks - planning travel, doing a google search for any work task, sending thank you notes, ordering food, organizing business events, visitor assistance, etc.
  • Work from the office on specified days (typically 3 days a week),or as the work needs are and for other days’ work from home (having own laptop will be a plus)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduates or Post Graduates (e.g. BBA, BMS, BA or any)
  • Flair of creative writing, Designing Learning interventions and associated training materials, blogging, social media engagement
  • Zeal for continuous learning, research on business management practices, leadership development and human psychology
  •  Excellent Communication and presentation skills & English Language proficiency (written and verbal)
  •  Excellent team player, flexible with willingness to assist, highly positive attitude, innovative and good problem-solving skills
  •  Artistic/Creative talents a plus & Flair for event management and anchoring will be a further plus
  •  Sensitivity and understanding of confidential matters and ability to protect those accordingly]
  •  Prior experience of executive administration supporting someone in a Senior role. Ability to adapt to the CEO’s rapidly changing   schedule and the willingness to take requests and answer communications at flexible hours
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact autonomously with internal and external partners
  •  Immense potential to learn on the job, as a start-up it provides opportunities for significant multi-tasking and working directly with Senior Management in multiple areas of business focus.
  • Part-Time job with typically 3 days in office and rest of the days working from home, provides some flexibility too.
