Should be responsible for assisting us in Tie-ups with some of the new or existing clients for Training and placements, sometime by using his links in the industry Network.

Should be responsible for placement activities of students.

To have close liaison with industry/corporate for placement of students.

Building relationships with companies & corporate coming for internships / trainings / placements.

Generating delivery of effective & productive placements from companies & corporate.

Accompanying the students during interview at companies at various locations and monitoring their joining and Managing Training and related activities.

Collecting offer letter and Maintain Placement information.

Tracking Placement information as well as after joining student Attendance at company

Critical Attributes:

Good understanding of the placement of candidates, connecting HR from various campus, coordinating and organising on and off campus drive.

Energetic and passionate about placing right candidate and willing to travel across the allotted area to take up drives.

Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibility Area:

To place all the candidates after successful competition of training program.

Manage end to end of the placement cycle and ensure candidates are being placed after adequate training.
