Packaging material compliances - Packing Material Approval for exisitng and new products as per
requirement
2. FSSAI Compliance, Application, modification and renewal of license - will be responsible for ensuring that
food products meet standards set by companies, market and regulatory authorities.
3. Incoming Product and Dispatch Quality Checks of Frozen & Fresh Material - Inbound and outbound
material inspection at Warehouse and if required at vendors
4. Customer Complaint handling - Investigation and initiation of new actions to control complaints. Review
customer feedback and respond to any complaints. Need to prepare reports on food quality status to
communicate to senior management andkeep records of all tests and inspections that have been
conducted.
5. Raw material Quality Inspection- Organoleptic checking of all Raw material with documentation,
Preparation of Raw Material specifications
6. Internal and Third Party Stores Audit - Fresh and Frozen stores visit monthly
7. Reducing of Dump material - Following of Cleaning Schedule, Checking of icing done properly time to
time
8. Employee Health & Hygiene in Production area - Analysing of overall workers Health & Hygiene for Good
manufacturing practices
9. Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits inspection. As part of daily duties, may
meet with other supervisors and inspect facilities for compliance with standards, determining methods to
resolve any issues that arise.
