Must able to do headhunting to search candidates
Screen resumes and applications & maintain MIS /Recruitment Tracker
Take Interviews of candidates (via phone, video and in-person) & counsel them
Do Job postings on social media, job portals & other sites to get more candidates.
Guide candidates about career & jobs
Collaborate with other consultancies, colleges & companies
