Job Description:
· Knowledge of the Indian Power & Utilities
sector
· Timely customer registration in SAP system and
register as vendor in customer system. Update required change on time-to-time
basis
· Ensure availability of Timely JMR and other
required docs for the distributed solar project sites
· Ensure Timely client billing (Through SAP with
Contract Booking, Sales Order booking & Invoicing) and payment collection
· Ensure Payment Security as per the contractual
requirement
· Track payments and assist in following up with
all non-paying counterparties
· Dispatching Invoices to respective customers
· MIS Reporting and Record keeping
· Work collaboratively with multiple functional
departments viz., O&M, Projects, BD, Regulatory, Legal, Banking, Accounts,
Finance, State Team etc
· Ensure timely account reconciliation with the
customers as per contractual obligation
· Follow-ups with clients to address concerns or
issues and communicate those to management. Maintain and drive action items
from Client Satisfaction Feedback sessions
