JOb Responsibilities in EXIM CELL as Executive:-

1) Issuance of JO’s (Import & Export)- Examination JO, Import Arrival JO, CRN (WH goods),

2) Leo updation, booking in Nav for all export containers being handed over

3) Cross checking of Train Summary (Nav vs manual ) and updation of the same in Nav.

4) Matching of Haulage charges with manual calculation and Nav calculation.

5) Sharing of Rail planning along with Haulage (as and when demanded ) based on current pendency, other locations containers (IAGR/ PGFS) for both inward and outward trains.

6) Preparing morning reports (Pendency, COC and NON COC, Yard (EXIM) Inventory, Customer wise pendency report and tracking updation).

7) Working in night shift (as part of 24X7 concept of Exim team) as per roaster.

8) Back up for EDI and performs the printing and minor corrections in IGM amendments .

9) Multi tusker and has made almost no errors on account of Imports or Exports (no error in planning).
