2,00,000 - 40,00,000 Per Year Hiring: • Generating offer letters from SuccessFactors Platform, Initiating joining details to Admin & IT stakeholders, releasing offer letter, Employee master data creation in SAP Platform, Sending Joining Mails to new joiners and PF details to PF Department and Releasing the Officer letter to candidate.
Attendance Process: Prime involvement in internal movement of employees through system leave and attendance monitoring
• Resolving attendance related issues
• Checking Casual leave and privilege leave and LWP lists of employees
• Resolving PT60 Errors of employees
• Maintaining Retainers Attendance for each month and sending the attendance to concern department every month.
Employee Life Cycle Events: • Processing letters of Confirmation, Transfer and accordingly updating in SAP master
Data Digital Filing: • Uploading of Joining Documents, Confirmation, Transfer and Exit Documents in SharePoint
Managing Employee Separation:
• Processing Resignation in SAP and sending acceptance of resignation with clearance form and exit interview form through mail
• Processing Separation action and submitting clearance form to account Department for FNF
• Releasing Service Certificate
