HR Consulting jobs - Executive Sales/Lead Generation

We are looking for professionals in Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets to capitalize on business trends

Key Responsibilities Areas:-

·       Identifying potential prospects/decision-makers to reach out to them via emails/calls to discuss service offerings.

·       Setting up appointments for the sales team.

·       Working closely with the sales team to augment sales strategies, market segmentation and devise sales plan to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals.

·       Tracking sales activities in CRM to maintain accurate records of prospects, sales pipeline and sharing of detailed reports to management.

·       Cleaning, verifying, reformatting and enhancing data using various software tools.

·       Sending email correspondence with details of the appointment

·       Booking callbacks and follow-ups

·       Working to monthly targets

·       Must be proficient in using computers and working with data like Excel sheets. 

·       Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and CRM experience would be beneficial

·       HR Consulting (Payroll processing, Recruitment, Training, Compliances) basic knowledge would be beneficial

Requirements

Must be able to understand large amounts of data and ability to interpret and formulate reports

Familiarity with any CRM tools

Good communications skills

Excellent knowledge of databases and MS Office

Search engines and business research tools

Qualification: -

Should be BBA/BBM/MBA/BE/PGDBM or any graduate.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English language skills essential 

Work experience: 

An ideal candidate should possess 0-2 year of experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to pick up the phone, work independently and show resilience at all times.

CTC: 18 to 20K per month
