Freight delivery brokers are responsible for moving freight from its point of origin to its final destination using air, sea and land carriers. Freight brokers take responsibility of every aspect of the shipment. Responsibilities:  Searching new clients through various portals – google, cold calling, database  Identify and contact qualified carriers for freight services.  Negotiating with freight carriers.  Ensure that freight paperwork is completed and approved before transportation.  Scheduling and tracking shipments.  Create, coordinate, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules.  Track and report shipment status of loads.  Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally.  Maintain positive and productive relationship with custom
