Job Description

Executive secretary to managing director For Prabhadevi Location
Position : Executive Secretary
Reporting : Managing director
Office Location : Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Working days : 6 day working, 2nd and 4th Sat off
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

Typing, preparing and collating reports

Filing

Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)Managing databases

Prioritising workloads

Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

Liaising with relevant organisations and clients

Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks

Logging or processing bills or expenses

Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Profiling of candidates, management and meeting

Coordinating meeting and keep a record of minutes of meeting

Schedule travels domestic and abroad

Skills :
Very good english speaking and writing

Ms office (Excell, word and ppt)
