we have an in-house opening for the position of “Executive Secretary”

Job Description

• Maintaining Schedule’s & Appointment Calendar for the Director which would include meetings, travel arrangements, Important Events, Handling VIP clients
  
• Handling daily email correspondences.
  
• Handling Director’s daily calendar and making the necessary arrangements.
  
• Handling Travel arrangements for the Director and Guest/Clients
  
• Attending to Guests/Visitors in absence of Director.
  
• Attending all Director Calls on his behalf.
  
• Handling & Preparing the Minutes of the Meetings.Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
  
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  
• Preparation of MIS Reports
  
• Handling Confidential Data.
  
• Prioritizing work as per the nature of urgency.
  
• Managing the expense reimbursements and settlement of Vendor bills
  
• Maintaining the files of important documents

• Proven experience as an assistant or other similar position
  
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  
• Good Personality
  
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office & Online Research work
  
• Aptitude in problem-solving
  
• Proficiency in drafting Legal & Business  letters
  
• Flexible in Work timings
  
• Able to meet Deadlines and work under pressure at times
  
• Immediate joining will be preferred.
  
• Experience: 01-02 years’ experience 
  
• Qualification: Any Graduate with Relevant Experience
  
• Salary: As per the industry standard
