Job Responsibilities:

·         Making correspondence, drafting and typing letters & reports

·         Schedule appointments and update event calendars

·         Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

·         Organizing meetings (preparing agendas and taking minutes)

·         Booking travel arrangements and accommodation and preparing itinerary

·         Coordinating and organizing meeting with Managers and Clients

·         Edit company correspondence and ensure document accuracy

·         Liaising with relevant organizations and clients

·         Preparing Vouchers and processing bills/expenses

·         Maintaining records of Clients, Management Reports & Correspondence

Key skills:

·         Good written & Verbal communication and relationship-building skills

·         Organization and time management skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Flexibility, Proactive and take initiative

·         Proficiency in MSOffice
