Executive/ Senior Executive- Agency
Purpose of Role: Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners
Education: Minimum Graduate
Work Experience: Minimun 3 years in GI sales for Executive/ Sr Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build retail business
- Induction / training of each acquired agent on product and processes
- Ensuring IRDA certification / license of each agent
- Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship
- Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
- Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners
- Balance Agency channel's portfolio and ensuring LOB wise Business
- Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels
- Regularly monitor and control cover notes
- Ensure constant updating of Agent's knowledge on new products and underwriting policies
