Executive/ Senior Executive- Agency

Purpose of Role: Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners

Education: Minimum Graduate

Work Experience: Minimun 3 years in GI sales for Executive/ Sr Executive

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build retail business 
  • Induction / training of each acquired agent on product  and processes
  • Ensuring IRDA certification / license of each agent
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship
  • Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
  • Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners
  • Balance Agency channel's portfolio and ensuring LOB wise Business
  • Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels
  • Regularly monitor and control cover notes
  • Ensure constant updating of Agent's knowledge on new products and underwriting policies
