Job Description

Executive/Sr. Executive

Job Profile :

  • Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads /meetings per month.
  • Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
  • Support the Sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support and successful transition to Direct Sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • To accompany the Frontend Sales Manager for the first level call with the clients.
  • Maintaining Client Relationship throughout the sales cycle.
  • Be an active part of the solutioning and RFI/RFP phases in the sales cycle.

Skills Required:

  • Experience Range: Work experience should include a minimum of 3- 5 years in an Inside sales /Presales role.
  • Preferred candidate from BPO into lead generation. 
  • Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing Clients.
  • Any experience in dealing with UK / Europe & US region clientele will be preferred
