Executive / Sr. Executive - Recruitments
Description : The incumbent will be responsible for handling manpower recruitment activities for various corporates and MNCs.
Responsibilities:
1) Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment
2) Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within set TAT.
3) Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explain the JD to candidates will be continuous activity.
4) Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
5) Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
6) Managing MIS / Database.
Criteria :
Any Grad/Masters with 0.6+ years of experience in the field of recruitments.
Good Communication Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
