Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Food Service Cashiering Cold Coffee Production
Cashiering:
Ensuring the printer is in working condition
Ensuring the till has minimum float to start with
Ensuring printer rolls & KOT pads are properly stacked
Intimating the manager of the login password
Login out & proper handing over physical count of cash to the next person – in the presence of the Café Manager – every time leaving the cash counter
Keep current on pulse of the guests, constantly seeking opportunities to follow up on their experience.
Support the luxury dining experience by maintaining supplies for food and beverage service.
Develop and implement strategies and practices that support employee engagement.
Provide employees with the tools and environment they need to deliver the company experience.
