Job Description

Cleans and polishes glassware, chinaware, hollowware & flatware.
Maintains good cleanliness level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
Should leadership quality to handle the team and have to manage the store.
Replenishes supply of linen and other operating equipment's.
Keeps general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy.
Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.
