Skills & Qualifications: 

• 01 – 03 years of Work experience in IT Technical recruitments
  
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  
• Interfaces directly with the Hiring managers to gain understanding of position requirements and all aspects of the clients requirements and share it with the backend team and various suppliers
  
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  
• Effective time-management abilities
