Job Description:
1. Resource Planning.
2. Identifying the right channel to sources for potential candidate.
3. Screening, short listing the profiles and scheduling the interviews.
4. Responsible to coordinate & motivate the selected candidates.
5. Responsible to take care of new employee Joining Formalities.
6. Responsible for Scheduling Induction, Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees.
7. Responsible to maintain function wise sanctioned and available manpower data.
8. Responsible to identify the new placement consultancy with low service cost and to ensure the renewal and payments of the existing consultancies.
Required Candidate profile: MBA HR / MHRM with 2 to 3 years experience in core Talent Acquisition and able to handle the role of front end recruiter and should vigorously plan to conduct the walk in interviews across South India.
