Core area:

1. logbook properly ShiftWise, signature is in log book is mandatory.

2. RMaintain outine check-up of DG set and ensure to maintain check list on shift basis.

3. Ensure all the electrical reading to be taken as per schedule daily.

4. Daily check the HSD level and maintain records for ready operation of DG.

5. Write the Log of the DG when DG is running.

6. Electrical problem for all plant area to be attended as and when required.

7. Water, Air and Steam to be consumed as per given work instructions and requirement.

8. Daily routine walks to be taken in separate area for abnormality finding.

9. Ensure panel and electrical area are cleaned as per the frequency decided.

10. Ensure start up and stop SOP of DG to be followed during the c/o from EB to DG and DG to EB.

11. Watering of the earth pit to be done as per the frequency decided.

12. Entire Plant round at least twice per shift for abnormality findings

13. Any abnormality shall be mentioned in logbook and informed to respective supervisor
