Manage employee relations program related to recruitment, onboarding, compensation, disciplinary action, conflict resolution and interpretation/application of policies and collective agreement obligations in the form of counsel and advice.
• Single point of contact from the day of their start, though not limited to their exit.
• Explaining them various policies of the organization, impacting their employment with the organization and the contract with the client
• Ensuring that all employee issues/concerns are handled effectively and timely resolution is provided to the employees
• Building and maintaining Employee Relationship; taking complete ownership of the clients handled
• Minimizing mid-term terminations, strategic planning for re-deployment
• Responsible for escalations/grievance handling. Handling employee grievances including working conditions, salary related matters & career counselling.
