⢠We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Shared
Services team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, exit management, insurance handling, and processing documentation.
⢠The role requires strong communication skills, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and Word, along with sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Manage employee exit formalities, including full & final settlements, documentation, and exit interviews.
⢠Handle employee medical insurance processes â enrollments, claims, renewals, and coordination with
insurance providers.
⢠Maintain and update employee databases and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
⢠Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for HR operations.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve process efficiency.
⢠Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and Word.
⢠Ensure timely resolution of employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
⢠Proficiency in MS Office â Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and Word .
⢠Ability to create, review, and update SOPs effectively.
⢠Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good to have:
⢠Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
⢠Knowledge of Power BI /Tableau
Responsibilities
Employee Operations â Exit & Insurance Management
⢠Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities, including documentation, clearance, full &
final settlements, and conducting exit interviews.
⢠Handle employee medical insurance processes â enrollments, claims, renewals, and
coordination with insurance providers.
⢠Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all processes adhere to
company policies and compliance standards.
⢠Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of
exit and insurance-related processes.
MIS Reporting and Data Management
⢠Maintain and update employee databases and ensure data integrity and
confidentiality.
⢠Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics using advanced
Excel functions.
⢠Track and monitor key operational indicators to support management decisions.
Create, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process
documents for HR and Shared Services operations.
⢠Standardize and improve workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational policies
and compliance requirements.
⢠Prepare and deliver reports, process maps, and presentations using MS PowerPoint
and Word.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance process efficiency and operational
effectiveness.
⢠Provide timely support and resolution to employee queries related to HR operations,
policies & benefits.
