In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We Would Like To Clarify That

Digital Production – Publishing Analyst

As a Part Of This Team, You Will

Responsibilities :

Support Deloitte.com content publishing and management efforts across all sections of the global site
Serve as point of contact for the publishing community, answering questions and managing requests for global and member firm stakeholders
On occasion, lead projects to improve sections of the D.com site or deliver new designs through the tool
Contribute to the development of projects leveraging advanced coding and development skills such as AEM fragments, site UI, site analytics
Assist with copywriting and content optimization, revising content descriptions and writing basic descriptions and abstracts for content, as required
Support social media operations by participating in editorial, publishing, and channel management activities
Process requests with expected quality and turnaround expectations
Monitor, analyze and report on the email performance metrics and provide suggestions and best practices to increase effectiveness of email campaign
Collaborate with US team in launching complex email campaigns (nurture/drip campaigns) and help mapping the customer journey through various touch points using the marketing automation workflows

Assist in identifying process issues and developing solutions

Skills And Abilities

HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular Js, bootstrap, etc.
Experience with digital publishing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM),Brightcove, and Sprinklr
Familiarity with MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Copywriting experience is a plus.
Ability to work in an agile environment, quickly adapting to new processes and managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines
Solid understanding of digital marketing, with an emphasis on content marketing, search engine optimization, and social media
Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with senior professionals and mitigate conflict in a mature, professional manner
Experience in the professional services industry is a plus
Experience in Analytics is a plus

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor's Degree in computer science and technology

3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting content management platform (CMS) and enterprise social media tools

Excellent command of the English language

Comprehensive understanding of content management, approaches and issues, across Web and social media

A firm understanding of digital communications concepts and principles

Good communication, facilitation, and people skills

Analytical skills a plus

Work Timing

11.00 AM – 8.00 PM or 2.00 PM to 11 PM

Location – Hyderabad Office
