Job Description

This includes preparation & management of all shipment related documents, interpret export financing methods and terms of payment, understand foreign trade practices & procedures, handle the Central Excise/Customs Clearance: Regulations, Procedures and Documentation.
Manage the orders via their analysis, capture and monitoring. Manage client records in collaboration with the Export Managers.
Monitor international trade operations by completing administrative procedures related to export and also related to the importing countries' current regulations.
Handling all commercial activities, taxation and accounting.
Preparation of invoices, tax returns.
Also provide support to sales and order execution with costing.
Making documentation and coordination with forwarders.
