Responsibilities:

·        Manage all aspects of the export process, including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination.

·        Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on order status.

·        Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders.

·        Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels, to ensure compliance with international regulations.

·        Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange transportation and monitor shipment schedules.

·        Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the export process to ensure on-time delivery.

·        Keep abreast of changes in export regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

·        Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

·        Analyze export performance and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
