DESIGNATION : Export Sales Executive
LOCATION : Masjid Bandar – Mumbai
OBJECTIVE
Export Executive/ Manager serve as intermediaries between foreign buyers and Swastik. Typically export executives find buyers internationally for Swastik.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generating new clients in the export market.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with the existing customers.
• Overseas the conversion of products to meet foreign standards and specifications.
• Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents, and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
• Quotation, order confirmation and all required to follow up with client or customer for inquiry information.
• Providing rates to clients after confirmation from Director.
• Making the proper planning of the order, coordinating with the purchase and delivery team.
• Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.
• Keeping the track of invoices and export documents and preparing reports to expedite the billing process.
• Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
• MIS Report to be mailed to the Director.
• Attending huddle meetings, weekly meetings, monthly meetings, and Yearly meeting on compulsory basis.
• Knowledge of all Export related documents is necessary.
• Work with international brokers who attend international tradeshows and meetings.
• Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers both domestically and abroad.
• Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labeling systems, transportation, and payment laws are followed
