Job Specification:
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Export sales executive, possessing knowledge about the
building material segment, to contribute to the growth of our company by inpuƫing new and
innovative methods and ideas to conduct the product sales in the international market,
through online market.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international business, international relations or a related
field is required for this role.
At least 1 year working experience in export market. Ceramic Experience will be preferred.
Fluent in English.
Should be result oriented with good business acumen, computer literate with excellent time
management and organization skills
Responsible, energetic, creative, honest, careful, passionate, excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Sales-motivated and result-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude, willing to support colleagues when
in needed.
Excellent negotiating skill.
Willing to go on business trips (abroad).
Job Description:
Generate leads from international market, convert them to customer and development
services.
Responsible for generating business through social network, cold calling, Email marketing,
social media marketing and other sources. Also well known about surfing international sites.
Align with long term company goals and analyses market trends.
Recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis
and feedback.
Work closely with Director International Business and the team to define accurate
estimations.
Responsible for communication with client and maintaining the healthy relationship with
existing client.
Long term vision with higher stacks in company growth and proven track records in achieving
defined targets and exceeding them.
Preferably from Ceramic industry with excellent business communication skills.
Understanding & Mapping of market.
Knowledge of any foreign language with fluency other than English will be an added
advantage.
Will be handling different or specific region for export business.
Visit to Morbi on regular basis for customer visit.
Involve in product development process by giving ideas and inputs.
Any other task related to profile as when required
