• Checking of Restaurants - Void KOT; Void Bill; NC Report; Reprinted Bill
• Report & Discounted Bill Report on daily basis. 
• Checking of all Bills & Challans of Food & Beverage on Daily Basis.
• Checking of all indents of Food & Beverage whether it’s proper punched
• Creating codes in POS & updating Rates as per Menu. 
• Maintaining Daily Food Cost Report. 
• Preparing Month End Closing Reports. 
• Updating Recipe Rates of Food & Beverage as per Contract Rate. 
• Preparing Complimentary Consumption Report on Monthly Basis. 
• Taking Inventory & Preparing Variance Report.
• Preparing Revenue Audit Report on Daily Basis. 
• Verify, Update Rates & Prepare Spoilage & NC Report on Daily Basis. 
• Helping to Prepare Recipe cost of new Products. 
• Recording of food and beverage costs. 
• Adhering to all cost control procedures. 
• Updating costing. 
• F&B revenue and cost audits. 
• Reviews purchasing procedures for all F&B items. 
• Ensures compliance with documentation/ authorization processes. 
• Monitor inventories of Food & Beverage to increase inventory turnover. 

Participates in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock. 

• Salary Range: Up to 40,000/ - to 50, 000/ - per month.
